Cutting and folding Alu-Dibond allows you to create signage or cladding elements from an aluminium composite panel. The file defines the contours to be cut and the lines to be routed to prepare the folds. The result therefore depends on the drawing’s flat pattern and the position of the fold lines.
Prepare an SVG file at a 1:1 scale. Clearly identify the lines intended for cutting and those intended for routing. Add a sketch of the final shape if your project has several faces or returns: this helps show the direction of the folds.
The form offers a thickness of 3 mm and several Alu-Dibond finishes, including black, white, metallic and mirror finishes. Select the finish you want and specify which side of the panel will be visible. The material choice should suit the design and final presentation.
State the dimensions, quantity and intended use of the part. In the comments, specify whether you require a part prepared for folding or a folded assembly, as well as the components to be assembled. The quotation will need to confirm these operations and their scope.
